Some Solutionreach customers experienced a 30-minute network disruption due to a third-party outage from 11:22 AM to 11:52 AM MDT impacting connectivity at our data center. The issue has been resolved, and our site is fully accessible again. We will continue to work with our third-party vendor to ensure similar incidents do not happen in the future.
