We have identified an issue where Intake forms are not being allowed to be completed successfully if a signature is required on the form. An update to our system will be applied to correct this issue. In this maintenance window, a quick restart of the application is required to apply the changes. Downtime will be very brief and last under 5 minutes; only the intake system will be effected in this change. Messaging systems, and platform access should not be effected.
